After 25 years of vacationing in this cottage, the King family had grown in size, to the point where they wanted to expand their living space. We perfected the design and created a seamless addition and renovation. The solution is a combination of new spaces and enlarging existing ones for better functionality. Of particular note is the new screen porch. The screen porch may also serve as an extension of the dining area with the addition of french doors.
